Maybe the people they have Steam they can help the clan whit some advertise not spamming,
Just like asking them to join or compliment them.

Where my cousin is Admin and i saw they did that they very much helped server,

i dont think that is a good idea because we are now 20 and its too much....

We can kick low skill players.
But we also can get how much players we want.
In the clan NDA i sat had 50+ people.
